Finding happiness in lockdown may sound subversive, but many are finding joy in spending time with their family. Alison Bogle has been homeschooling her children and finds she now sees her kids at their best, not just when they are tired after school. They love, laugh and learn together and have found the time to really connect. It is the same with her husband: Their previously stressful relationship has turned much more positive without the added pressures of daily work commutes and over-scheduling. Of course the pandemic is a crisis rife with suffering, but this period of social isolation can be used as a time to reset, redo and re-evaluate.
