Angela Friedman, 101, is no stranger to survivorship. She has successfully fought many medical hardships, such as miscarriages and cancer. Friedman was born in the 1918 flu pandemic when her mother sadly died during childbirth. When she and her husband were faced with cancer, she survived and he did not. Friedman remained resilient and positive all along, which has led to her recovering from Covid-19. "She is not human," her daughter told CNN. "She has superhuman DNA."
