New Jersey resident Peter "Pop" Zagara was moved to tears when he was surprised with a curbside 100th birthday party with friends and family members. Cars and firetrucks drove by Zagara's home with smiles, waves, Frank Sinatra music, and homemade signs. Zagara served in WWII, was a prisoner of war for five years in Italy, and this year will become a great-grandfather.
