Taiwan has managed to avoid lockdown and remain functioning better than many other countries. So how have they done it? Testing and tight tracking, adequate medical supplies, strict adherence to rules and steep fines for breaching them. Many countries are using parts of the Taiwanese model to help with the control of outbreaks in their own countries.
