It is true that coronavirus has brought social distancing, but, paradoxically, it has brought us together in ways we could before imagine. There is a new understanding of what is essential, what we need to survive -- the most important of those being each other. Neighbors are helping neighbors, communities are coming together, people are smiling, singing, waving and uniting. There is a new strength, and it is all built around kindness.
