Police Officers in Fort Myers, Fla., surprised healthcare workers in quite a dramatic way. Amid flashing red and blue lights, 15 patrol vehicles were arranged in the shape of a heart outside Lee Memorial Hospital. The officers also held signs that read "FMPD THANKS YOU." It was a fantastic visual image reflecting the love and appreciation felt for the doctors and nurses who risk everything to keep us safe.
