Amelia Eldred, aged 11, from Kingsbury, UK, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma on her seventh birthday and later had to have her leg amputated. Since the surgery, Amelia has stunned medics with an incredible recovery and vowed to dance and play sport again. Recently, she was filmed by the BBC meeting her idol Anton Du Beke during "Anton and Erin -- Showtime" at the Birmingham Symphony Hall. The youngster was in the crowd with her mom and dad, but did not know she would be called up on stage in front of the cameras to meet Anton and dance with him. The schoolgirl could not hold back tears, but made sure she had the time of her life and one which she will never, ever forget. I can't believe that I have met and danced with Anton. He is my dance hero and is so funny, she said.
