At the Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey, TSA officer Cecilia Morales leaps over the security conveyor belt to rescue a 2-month-old baby in the arms of a mother. The young boy had unexpectedly stopped breathing. Morales, who is also an EMT, performed the Heimlich maneuver, placing the baby's face down into her arm and patting him on the back. The baby was able to breathe again and a pediatric EMT arrived on scene to give the baby oxygen. Two months on the job and she's literally a life-saver. Officer Morales's quick reaction and actions helped ensure that this family will have a happy holiday season," said Thomas Carter, the TSA's Federal Security Director for New Jersey.
