Henry Temmermans from Nunspeet, in the Netherlands, was driving on the A28 highway near Harderwijk when he saw another car driving in the grass on the highway. He peered into her window and realized she was unconscious. "I didn't hesitate for a moment. I had to do something," Temmermans said. He sped up to get in front of the woman's car and then slowed down so she would crash into him. His plan worked; the woman crashed into the back of his car and came to a complete stop. Temmermans and another driver, who filmed the entire incident, stopped and called for an ambulance. The woman, who had been unconscious, was taken to the hospital. She suffered a few broken ribs and will be okay. Her family contacted Temmermans and expressed their gratitude for his selfless act.
