By leaving a $2000 tip at the Omaha Bakery in Bellevue, the customer conveyed his respect and empathy for the hard-working staff. The gesture will not be forgotten by the workers who have had a hard time during the pandemic. When the customer, Nicholas, topped up the $5 bill with the generous tip, Preston Roth pointed out his 'mistake' to him, but was laughingly overruled. The caf owner, Michelle Kaiser, will distribute the tip to the hourly employees only and not to the managers. Preston Roth, hopes that the kindness shown does not stop with one customer: You don't have to give some random strangers $2000 dollars but even saying something like 'have a good day' can help somebody go from zero to ten.
