The residents of Fox Hill mobile home park demonstrated the true meaning of community by coming together to purchase their own neighborhood. When faced with the news of the park being up for sale, residents quickly voted to purchase the neighborhood themselves. This has allowed residents to prevent the unforeseen rent inflation and housing insecurity that often happens when mobile home parks are sold.
