Muslim women are increasingly visible in spaces where you might not expect to see them -- like the free-running sport parkour. Athlete Sara Mudallal took it up in 2015, the year she began wearing the hijab, and was welcomed with open arms. She's often the only woman and the only hijabi athlete at jams, but more women have been showing up. Iranian parkour coach and former national gymnast Fatemeh Akrami first found parkour at university and quickly picked up the skills. She enjoys the freedom and the choices it gives her. Akrami's message to young Muslim girls? "Don't let anything stop you."
