The video shows heart-rending sights of animals being rescued from the unprecedented wildfires burning through the Russian republic of Sakha. As the fires tore through the human settlements, many people were forced to leave their pet animals behind. But good-hearted volunteer rescuers were not far behind, braving the heat and fallen debris to rescue cats, cows and dogs and provide medical assistance to them.
