At the Towers on Franklin, Dyshahn Robinson makes sure apartments are ready as people move in and out. But his company does more than prepare apartments, it helps young men in need of a second chance get on the right path in life, just as someone once did for him. He was nominated for a kindness award by Susan Colbert, whose 83-year-old mother needed a shower she could step into. He installed it at no charge and trained another man as he did so. It's just part of me. My parents always raised me to give back, he says. When God gives you a talent, there's no price on that, you're supposed to give back.
