Kristy Thomas, 27, wasn't going to let her grandmother's dementia stand in the way of including her in her wedding. With the of the staff at Ty Ynysawdre home, where her grandmother has been living for a couple of years, the gardens were transformed so that family photos recreating the young woman's wedding day could be taken.
