Six-year-old Violet Jackson was recently diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. She is currently being treated in a local hospital, and her mother expresses her thanks for blood donors. Violet's older sister, Eden, was inspired by the donors and started her own community blood drive. It was great to see it all fill up so fast and know that we brought awareness to the need for blood and that it can help people, she said.
