Romania's National Recovery and Resilience plan addresses impending climate change issues, promising many milestones within the next decade, including reaching 34 percent renewable energy by 2030 and stopping coal mining by 2032. Many policies are aimed toward decarbonizing transportation and provide incentives for zero-emission vehicles over traditional gasoline vehicles. The transition to renewable energy costs has not yet been officially announced.
