"It is not wrong to go back for that which you have forgotten. [Se wo were fi na wosankofa a yenkyi]" -- proverb, Ghana. Just as remembrance is a core tenet of religious practice, so too does food carry the remembrance of our identity. Sisters Priscilla and Kimberly are on a mission to revive Ghana's remembrance of its heritage of transforming natural resources into food via a bean-to-bar chocolate making journey. And in the process, they hope to inspire youth to do the same.
