Tuk-tuk driver Raj Kumar turned his tiny vehicle into a makeshift ambulance after seeing people in Delhi, the Indian capital, struggle to find ambulances as Covid cases rose. Tuk tuks, small vehicles that can carry two people as well as the driver, are common on Indian streets. Mr. Kumar, who has equipped his tuk-tuk with sanitizer, masks and oxygen, ferries people to and from hospitals for free. "We all need to help each other," he says.
