Marvel, a golden retriever born without a front right paw, has found her special purpose -- as companion to Paxton Williams, 7, whose right leg was amputated three years ago. Now he can tell the other kids, "Oh, she's missing a paw, she's like me,'" says his mom. His dad says it seems Marvel knew "she was in the perfect place at the perfect time." Paxton's family hopes he will someday be able to run with his prosthetic leg and that Marvel, who may need her own prosthetic as she gets older, will be there to run beside him.
