An Ottawa, Canada, family is thanking their “earth angels” after the family dog and two neighbors saved their daughter after a sudden medical emergency. Haley Moore was walking her one-and-a-half-year-old Maremma mix, Clover, through her neighborhood recently when she suddenly began to seize. Video from a neighbor’s security camera shows Clover springing into action, first checking on Haley, then watching as a car passed by. Moments later, as another car approached, Clover freed her leash and backed into the road to stop the vehicle. The driver got out and checked on Haley; Clover recruited another neighbor to help and then went home to find Haley’s parents. Haley was taken to the hospital by ambulance and is okay. Clover is enjoying the family’s appreciation, which takes the form of steak dinners!
