The world has changed, normalcy is lost, economic uncertainty is very real, isolation is felt. It can help to know that what we're feeling is grief. "It’s important we acknowledge what we go through," David Kessler, author and internationally known expert on grief, said in an interview for Harvard Business Review. "If we allow our feelings to happen, they’ll happen in an orderly way, and it empowers us. Then we’re not victims." He helps us see that letting emotions in doesn't give them power over us. It gives them room to move through us.
