This Christmas Eve, children around the world need not worry whether Santa Claus will be able to take his annual trip around rooftops everywhere. Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, confirmed that Santa Claus has been vaccinated. He did it himself. In a Sesame Street Town Hall, Fauci was asked by 6-year-old Paxton from Illinois: "Will Santa still be able to visit me in coronavirus this season? What if he can't go to anyone's house or near his reindeer?" "I took care of that for you," Fauci replied. "I took a trip up there to the North Pole; I went there and I vaccinated Santa Claus myself. I measured his level of immunity, and he is good to go." Fauci also plans to make a follow-up trip in a few weeks to give Santa his booster shot as well. Even the pandemic can't stop Santa Claus from coming to town!
