Everything that goes up, must come down. But a bunch of Japanese students had not imagined that Earth's gravity would help them find their "space-cameras" eight years after they launched them into the stratosphere (literally). Whey they did find their equipment, the cameras had traveled 32 kilometers. What's more important is that the images they captured reiterated what we already know -- the Earth is beautiful and a lovely shade of blue. Sometimes, we do get signs from up above that our planet is indeed one in a billion.
