To Mal Osborn, the varsity letter jacket he earned when he was a track runner more than 60 years ago feels like a part of him. So his daughter Beverly Amick knew she had to do everything she could to find it when her dad told her he had lost it. After looking for it in vain with relatives, Beverly posted on Facebook a photo of her dad wearing the jacket, along with a message asking for help to find the treasured item. Her effort was met with success: Beverly received an email from a woman living near her father saying she had found the college jacket in her yard. Since his daughter returned it to him, the 92-year-old man has been wearing the precious jacket with pride.
