While riding in the car one day, 10-year-old Vivian Anderson noticed that the road signs were not gender-inclusive. She didn't approve of this and took action by requesting that the "Men Working" sign be changed to "Workers Present." Vivian received an invitation to Tampa City Hall from female Mayor Castor a few months later where she was presented with a hard hat and two new road signs. Kids can make a difference!
