Five women who are part of Palm Beach Gardens Fire and Rescue in South Florida made history as the first all-female fire crew. On September 18, the women -- who range in age from 29 to 54 -- worked a shift together at the same station. Driver engineer Sandi Ladewski, lieutenant and acting captain Monica Marzullo, fire medic Julie Dudley, Lt. Krystyna Krakowski and fire medic Kelsey Krzywada formed the crew. "That day, every rank was filled with a female, which was awesome, I'm not going to lie," Lt. Krakowski said. "I was giddy like a little girl. I still am. It's girl power -- we build each other up and we rise by lifting others." she told NBC TODAY.
