FutureFeed Pty LTD has created a seaweed supplement that, when added to cows' feed, reduces methane emissions. The Australian Science agency CSIRO estimates that, if this additive were included in just 10% of beef and dairy farms, the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions would be equal to removing 50 million cars from being driven. This is a great example of science and farming working together for the future.
