When she was little, Ariella Pacheco, 17, had an American Girl doll that looked just like her. As she grew up, the now 17-year-old realized that not every kid has the privilege of seeing themselves reflected in their favorite dolls or represented in society. Ariella didn't stop at that moment of awareness. She let it bloom into action.
