Since Argentina's government imposed a nationwide quarantine against Covid-19 in March, public attention has primarily focused on the unpredictable and worrying aspects of the pandemic. To counter that, UN Argentina highlighted stories of ordinary people making a lasting difference in the lives of those around them. The video series includes the stories of Carlos, an essential worker working with neighborhood residents to keep Buenos Aires clean during the quarantine; of Gastn, who uses a collaborative online platform to raise support for Jorge, a homeless person; of Abofem Argentina, an all-women team of lawyers that organized a network of volunteers to help single caretakers of children with daily tasks; and of Paula and Ariel, a couple living with their toddler on a bus who have been overwhelmed by the solidarity and empathy of their neighbors since the pandemic started.
