While the virus spreads or gets contained, depending on everybody's efforts, the information about it follows a parallel path. Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organization, called this parallel viral problem an "infodemic." In response, international media agency Dysturb launched Artists Against an Infodemic initiative in partnership with CatchLight and The Everyday Projects to raise awareness about racism in health care and fight Covid-related misinformation through art, Global Citizen reports.
