Scientists at Oxford University and AstraZeneca have been working on a coronavirus vaccine. Phase I of the trial had more than 1,000 participants and seems to have been well tolerated; not only that, but participants in the trial developed antibodies and killer T-Cells. AstraZeneca announced in June that they were working already in the production of the vaccine, in case the trials go well. There is a lot of optimism around this and 23 other vaccines that are already in human trials.
