After graduating, seven students renting an apartment together in Leeds, UK, were going separate ways, and had to hand back their apartment. They were a bit nervous about the security deposit, but were happily surprised when their landlord added a 50 pound bonus on top of the deposit each had made three years earlier, when they first rented the apartment. Maisie, one of the students tweeted the message the landlord sent to them: "As a thank you, I have added a small bonus of 50 to each of your deposits making it 300, and now the shops are opening again I hope you'll be able to buy yourself something nice. You have all been excellent tenants." The tweet got more than 250,000 likes, and Maisie said, "Its important for people to be aware that there are good landlords too. Absolutely!"
