Aditya and Poonam Singh have been buying patches of land adjacent to the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve (RTR) in Rajasthan, India, for 20 years. They are letting the forest grow back and have created watering holes on their property. As a result, the tigers find water and shelter in the lush green patch, without venturing into farmers' land. The Singhs plan to purchase more land and hope other people will follow their example. Their latest side project is to build a house and a homestay with solar and wind energy.
