In Oakley, Id., a farmer decided that he would take his 2 million potatoes and share a post to his followers saying to come to his farm and take as many potatoes as they need. The mountain of potatoes would usually bring in around $75,000, though the temporary shut down of restaurants left him with nowhere to sell them. Word got out about his potatoes, and people from different states, senior citizens' homes and food banks came to collect.
